About Us

Imagine Equities invests in single-family townhouses, multi-family buildings, mixed-use properties and office buildings in New York City. We are committed to maintaining the highest standards of workmanship in our buildings we own, manage, and with our investor partnerships.

Upon locating a building that meets our investment requirements our team understands what needs to be done to return the highest return on investment and how to execute the right strategy to achieve it.

During our due diligence as well as after we take control of a residential building our internal LT investigations department has the ability to conduct full tenant investigations to determine whether a tenant is living in his or her rent-controlled or rent-stabilized apartment as their primary residence, if there are any illegal sublets, or if they have other residences that may or may not serve as a primary residence. We gather the information and documentation necessary to make a case against the uncovered or suspected tenant through advanced technology as well as through more traditional methods.

In the event any of the current tenants are in arrears or holdover status we also offer negotiation services to help resolve without potential costly litigation.

In the event it is in the best interest to remove tenants from the building due to future building renovations and upgrades we specialize in tenant buyouts, offering proven methods and negotiation tactics to successfully complete the transaction in the most cost efficient way for our investor partners.

Our Services

Imagine Equities offers many services for our buildings as well as for our investor partnerships including:

"Ninety percent of all millionaires become so through owning real estate. More money has been made in real estate than in all industrial investments combined. The wise young man or wage earner of today invests his money in real estate."
-Andrew Carnegie

Our Leadership Team

"You ought to be able to explain why you're taking the job you're taking, why you're making the investment you're making, or whatever it may be. And if it can't stand applying pencil to paper, you'd better think it through some more. And if you can't write an intelligent answer to those questions, don't do it."
-Warren Buffett
